Structure fires are on an automatic mutual aid system, which sends two or more fire departments to each structure fire call.

Department members are equipped with Motorola   pagers, mobile radios and Active 911 program for cell phones.

Average response time to answer alarm 1 minute, average time to respond first fire apparatus 8 minutes.

A full station response, the department can bring 5,800 gallons of water to a fire.
